a sonic boom is caused by an aircraft or airborne object because it releases a force behind it like a cone the object being the point the force being the rest. when the "force field" hits the ground it makes the noise implying that sonic runs so fast his feet do not touch the ground.

4 Kids TV, I know you guys get a lot of bad feedback sometimes for the editing of anime sometimes. I for one understand some of the edits made to the series made for young US audiences due to different broadcast standards between the East and West, although some leave head-scratchers. However, I praise you guys for listening to fan reception and thoughtfully providing. You guys have done so much for the viewers. You guys are cool in my book.

Well 4kids out of all the episodes of Sonic X this was the one that I thought was the best out of the whole series English or Japanese version! Why? You may ask? Because it was mostly about Sonic in this Episode not anyone else! You guys did a good job on this Episode in English! Even if you did remove the Original Music Score!

@Cheetahfly16 There actually are no true "Cuss words" in japanese. There are, however derogatory terms like "fat" or "idiot" but not any true "cuss" words. Subbers sometimes insert English cuss words to portray disrespectful word forms and rude tone.

Well, in Japan, they usually put what America considers "adult content" into kids' shows because they don't necessarily view it as adult content. Since 4kids decided to dub it (hell, hence the name 4 KIDS), they would have to cut out the parts that weren't appropriate or understandable for little kids. But, the 77th episode dub was just unacceptable. I have that to say. Other than that, my 4 year old brother loves the Sonic dub; he watches it on TV all the time.

I'm currently TRYING to find the 40th episode and so on in Japanese, and I couldn't find them! I REALLY don't want to waste time searching for what should have been easy to access.
