When I tap on other issues I find trust can still come up but in a different context, does this mean I am not doing it properly. I also tap using my own words sometimes, and find the process very helpful but I was wondering if it is possible to tap away good stuff if I don't use the right words or tap in the wrong place at the wrong time? Oh not at all! As you get your energy flowing, everything that is ready for resolution is coming up so you can tap on it and let it go. This is good!
Using your own word is the absolute best way to tap, in fact!
You cannot tap wrong or discard good stuff.
EFT is like removing rocks (i.e. blockages) that got stuck in a river bed (i.e. your energy). The water is always there, ready to flow. You cannot remove or block water flow by using this process!
I like what you were saying about trust. I have been using the words "Authentically trusting" because I believe some people trust too easily or not enough because of fear. I am doing this video along with your intuition video and adding in Authentically trusting. Many thanks for your contribution to others' being present.
Glad you like it! EFT is amazingly fast and effective, especially for things that are so pervasive like trust :) I still use that tapping protocol when I feel worried about something!
Yes Elise, by default of improving myself I assist in improving my surroundings too ! Especially with video like yours it is so easy access, so why not benefit.
