What did the second to last person he called on say?

I don't really remember exactly what was said. There was a disabled gentleman in a wheelchair in that area and I remember hearing him say that he just wanted to shake his hand. Between the car alarm and the helicopters flying over, it did get quite noisy and I wish I'd been closer to get the really good audio. My son still talks about how Eddie looked at him when answering his question! Thanks for watching!
