Latavia was NOT as bitter as people said she was in this clip. I'm glad I saw this for myself. In my opinion, she was simply explaining what happened to her. ALL of the girls took the breakup hard. It wasn't easy for any of them. Fortunately, Letoya has resolved things with Beyonce` and Kelly (she's spoken publicly about her pleasant run-ins w/Bey). Letoya also participated in a conference 4 Kelly's organization, "I Heart My Gf's." Hopefully, Latavia will get that resolve as well.

I guess she needs closure, but pick yourself up & go at your dreams! It doesn't have to be music! LeToya... she came back strong after a couple years after the split, she didn't let tht get her down. Kelly was apart of DC yrs after the split & she has struggled as a solo artist. Still is struggling today; she is just now coming into her own & being recognized as a solo star outside of DC & being Beyonce's backup singer. I give it to Kelly tho she played smart to keep her money flowing....

Latavia was NOT as bitter as people said she was in this clip. I'm glad I saw this for myself. In my opinion, she was simply explaining what happened to her. ALL of the girls took the breakup hard. It wasn't easy for any of them. Fortunately, Letoya has resolved things with Beyonce` and Kelly (she's spoken publicly about her pleasant run-ins w/Bey). Letoya also participated in a conference 4 Kelly's organization, "I Heart My Gf's." Hopefully, Latavia will get that resolve as well.

LaTavia is so pretty and I'm sorry that this incident still bothers her and I can see why. That has got to be hard to be kicked out of a group from someone that you thought was your friend. I read these other comments just because LeToya moved on or seem to be doing great doesn't mean LaTavia has too. Some people it takes awhile to get through LeToya could still be upset she just show it. Also it might not be that, that is bothering LaTavia it could be other stuff.

He could have got them to work threw it but he did not. People act like Beyonce made all the decisions, which may be true in a lot of sense, but at the end of the day her father is the MANAGER of them. I would like to hear the real truth on what happened and how the girls that got screwed by Mathew Knowles. Remember Mathew called them back up singer in a interview not members of the group and Beyonce claimed in a interview that they were kicked out because they didn't work hard enough. Mathew and Beyonce used Letoya, Latavia and Kelly to get his daughter to the top and I want to hear those girls say what everyone else knew all the time. They gave up their childhoods to make Beyonce famous.

You have to understand what happened, the reason they were kicked out was because they simply asked for a financial manager to take care of their money, Mathew thought they were saying he couldnt be trusted and so they were kicked out. Do you know how hard it must have been for her at just 18/19 years old to have that torn from you after so much hard work.
Beyonce' is Beyonce' because she is supertalented and hardworking but her father is a big problem.

to have that much success and have it taken from you is not the everyday ordinary stuff 'normal' people go through and get over. healing takes a long time and sometimes the best remedy for pain is communication-- talking it out means you don't hold so much anger inside and self destruct through abusing drugs for instance. everyone has a story to tell and no ones experience should be overlooked or disregarded even if it happened 400 years ago!
