@DeedeeLuvsSidney Back in the 80's the deodorant soap Irish Spring ran tv commercials here in the States where a man says "it has a manly scent" then a woman grabs the bar from him and says "but I like it, too!" Michael is referring to that particular commercial. And I'm showing my age.

@DeedeeLuvsSidney I was in college in the early 80's when REM was a "college radio" band. I remember their first night on Letterman in '83. Enjoyed watching them grow and change over the last three decades - even lost my hair at the same rate as Michael!
