  • "yesterday's music" is eons better than today's shitty, over-produced, talentless hack excuses for bands. mad props to these guys for knowing where it's at. if you can't wrap your head around that, then go back and listen to nickleback while getting wasted and talking about how great uhmerrikah is.

  • fucking sick dude. chill tunes.

  • Wolf People are cool.

  • Saw them a year ago on a festival dominated by long haired cave men playing the heaviest music you can imagine... and funny enough... Wolf People was one of the only two bands that actually played real music and blew the doors right of the venue!!! (the other one was woven hand, but that's pretty obvious they are awesome ;) )

  • @VacantTheory ...you realize that "music" is a subjective term, correct? You only define music for yourself.

  • @Ejwoods08 ...yes I am aware of that... Zzzzzzzzzzz

  • Loving the retro Tull vibe! This is great stuff. Just found out about it today.

  • Hails from Puerto Rico!!!.....awesome 3===~

  • so catchy! sooooo good!!!!!!!!!!! sklhgfauy

  • dig that flute

  • very Jethro Tull like, all you need is a great flute solo, I like it!

  • kick ass! sharing the music with a lot of friends and all are loving it. thanks guys.

  • Saw these guys support Black Mountain, they were actually better than Black Mountain. Must have been a muddle up in the bookings.

  • I've just bought your record Steeple and it's amazing. I hear on this album a lot of love to Jethro Tull, Led Zeppeling etc. but also something new. You guys are very talented and thank you for your music.I hope you'll come back to Poland very soon.

  • Best band around at the mo.

  • Never heard of these guys, but I like what im hearing. rock n roll will never die. just keep rockin . you will be rewarded one day for keeping rock alive!

  • This is the best band I have heard in a long time.

    They sound like nothing else.

    Fucking brilliant.

  • I was in my teens in 70s and am gonna see this band live this evening in Helsinki. It's not nostalgy but because I wanna hear how they have applied those 60s and 70s tunes really. Long live classic rock - with all these new generation bands, my thumbs up for you.

  • haters be hating you guys are awesome downright awesome keep it up!

  • real 70s

  • why are there sooo many bands with 'wolf' in their name?

  • @xxgaliaxx Yeah there are loads aren't there: Wolf Eyes, Wolfmother, Wolf Parade, Patrick Wolf, Howlin' Wolf, Wolf Eyes, Los Lobos, AIDS Wolf, Guitar Wolf, Steppenwolf, Wolves in the Throne Room, its a fucking joke innit!

  • @WolfPeopleUK

don't forget seawolf, wolf and cub,...

  • Comment removed

  • @WolfPeopleUK It's a joke how many bands have "black" in their names too haha

  • @WolfPeopleUK Wolf & Cub

  • @WolfPeopleUK you forgot Sea Wolf mate ;-)

  • @WolfPeopleUK Don't forget Wolf Harris :)

  • @WolfPeopleUK also black is popular :the black angels, black rebel motorcycle club, black box relevation, black sabbath, the black keys :D

  • @xxgaliaxx ...but only Wolf People beat 'em all!

  • @xxgaliaxx Because wolves are fxcking awesome

  • @CairnsMC3

    Yeah I like it :p

  • @xxgaliaxx cause wolves are b.a

  • Since when is being influenced by great music a bad thing? Rock on!

  • keep rocking like this guys, greetings from venezuela!!!

  • soul power activate, i'm diggin this like a powerdrill, this music is tapping staight into my cerebral cortex!!!!!!!! it feels good man, it feels good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Teach me your wisdom, how do you come up with great riffs D:

  • @EZCreepin I sell them for a few hundred bucks when I dont wanna use em for The Judge

  • Jethro Tull and Cream had a child, and I would raise that child as my own if needed, for that child is greatness

  • Comment removed

  • Awesome!

  • Eargasm!

  • @trinco2727 do I give a toss about what you think? Nooooooo!!!!

  • @trinco2727 Jesus wept, pardon a band for having influences. If you don't like the music, listen to something else. Genesis, Manfred Mann, The Troggs, Gravy Train, Blodwyn Pig, John Mayall, Moody Blues and Canned Heat amongst many others have all used flute in their songs over the years. Go accuse them of leeching ideas from Jethro Tull.

  • @trinco2727 yes we do

  • First thing that came to my mind was Jethro Tull. Great song! Voted for these chaps (roll of honor awards). Is that a melotron I'm hearing? Nice soloing in there as well.

  • their music is great, sometimes even amazing! the album i have ('steeple') does remind me of many great things: gentle giant, traffic, GRAVY TRAIN, some tull, a bit o' sabbath and pentagram... but crossed with... mudhoney, kyuss and (the harder side of) dinosaur jr? excellent, although verging on 'nerdy'.. reading some of the comments, i must add that, being 40 and a rocknoroller since i was 8, their lack of hair is sorta disturbing haha. but who cares, really! fuck intolerance!

  • Can't wait to see you at beautiful days festival :)

  • the flute reminds me of a scene in the movie anchorman

  • Guys, don't let them tell you anything. For me, this is music that I want to listen. Don't know why did 80s had to come to brake magical music from 60s and 70s, but when I hear something like this, I know there's a hope. Rock on , guys! I especially love the outro, sound so relaxing, like waking from a dream. Peace

  • @DzedajO 90s restored it somewhat. thedn it fell back off last decade. now with bands like this we are seeing a resurgance. ying and yang, back and forth.

  • Brilliant gig at Qstock 2011 in Oulu, Finland. Thanks so much!

  • Deep Purple?

  • Come to new Orleans in America! Who would be front row center wasted? This guy

  • god bless wolf people? i love that comment and i love this band

  • so sounding like a pub rock band doing a 70's porno soundtrack is the next big thing?? gimme a break.

  • @NashSpaceRocket No I'm pretty sure making awesome music is.

  • @RetardedWa1rus Let me now when some appears, instead of this mishmash of 70's retro cack. Look at them, they're got the look down pat. They've got all the right guitars and amps. Typical british band, passing off yesterdays music as something new and inventive.

also how can anybody take a comment seriously from somebody who has the word retarded in their username. The word retard is offensive to handicapped people. Would you put the 'N' word in there? do you call Italian people spicks?

  • @NashSpaceRocket They're just using some retro styles, they aren't copying 70s rock. Also this isn't an argument about my name.

  • @NashSpaceRocket "Look at them, they're got the look down pat"

Completely off the mark there mate...have you even looked at us? Since when did having a beard, wearing jeans and a t-shirt become a conscious decision to be indebted to 70s rock? We wear the same clothes for work.

"Typical british band, passing off yesterdays music as something new and inventive"

None of us are claiming it to be new or inventive. We are very much indebted to yesterday's music, our parents' record collections etc

  • @WolfPeopleUK I think speak for most people here when I say this is great music. The haters are just envious of your talent.

  • @WolfPeopleUK: you don't even need to bother with replying to such comments. You wear what you feel like wearing...while making AWESOME music as well. Keep it up!

  • lyrics anyone??? pleasseeeee

  • My brother sends me this link, i listen to it, and i am thinking to myself, HOLY SHIT! REAL MUSIC IS BORN AGAIN!!!

  • wow that quality

  • Shite. All their songs sound like theme tunes to some 'cult' 1970s police TV series based in New York. They were all shit and all.

  • JETHRO ALL THE WAY

  • When are they touring?!

  • @arabburnvictim do you meant when are they turning?
