Actually the are in Silvermoon City, Appearing in Shat, Darkmoon Faire Grounds, the dungeon before heading to Ragnaros that tavern that is located in there. Its not just one place they are all over Azeroth, Nortrend, and Outlands. They rock either way. Horde and Alliance can enjoy their music no matter what.
