I started taking Chia seeds just a few days ago and I've already had positive results. My digestive system is improving and for the past couple of days I've not needed a nap. That's a big deal for me. Today my pants felt slightly more loose. I'm going to keep it up and I'll check back in w/ an update. :)
I have tried this product and all i can say is AWESOME! I suffer from psoriasis and after 4 days my lesions dramatically began to reverse!! And if your going to buy chia, I have yet to find a more creditable and quality brand than mila. I encourage everyone to purchase and reap its benefits!

I can just walk into Whole Foods and buy organic Chia seeds there; why would I want to go through the trouble of buying it through a pyramid scheme?
