For anyone who wanted the reflective flooring/walls but didn't want to have to subscribe, search sims 2 pirate booty on google and go to the page entitled "paysites must be destroyed". From there, click on the "nothing illegal here" => "ts2" => "tsr" => "murano" and then use Crtl+F to search for "reflective".

Reflective floors and walls are cool, but charging for things made with The Sims is still technically illegal... Not to mention a pain in the arse. :/

@TheMoonlightShooter I do use Fraps but only for Second Life and Battlefield .... For working with The Sims 2 use the in game video recorder I really like it :)

I am starting sims 2 series this helped! yeah and how do u get good quality film? what editor do u use? where do u get winRAWR? i need it lol.... same as Littlemoon23 not good with tech. i can figure out a pc but i cant figure out all that zip unzip stuff.....btw can us how we were to get more mods? thx again 4 the info!

for some reson i cant get my downlodes from modthesims2 to show up on my game. i got the mesh but even that dosent show up. but for some reason the cheat boxes show up in my game. do you think you can help me with this please?

can you confirm that the modthesims2 downloads are indeed inside your downloads folder on your computer?

If so.... try doing a test to see if its modthesims2 or something else There is a link in the video description for the mailbox and garbage can download those and get then unziped let me know if you can't find those too in the game they should be in your mis. section on the game

i followed the directions that modthesims2 gave me. but sometimes i got lost and took like a short cut and draged the things into the downlodes folder. it work with the cheat boxes but it doesnt work with anything else. man im giting myself confused. =/

After downloading them.... did you unzip the files?

well you have to unzip the downloads so they show up in Sims

Another thing to remember you might need the program Win Ra to unzip those files too... Windows comes with a unzipping program but it doesn't work on all files and a lot of mod the Sims 2 items won't unzip with plan old windows.

heyy i have a question. if you could i would like it to be shown on the video. how do you not show the thoughts of the sims? i cant figure it out. like you know the little thought bubbles, above there haeds all the time. please tell me how to get them off my video.
