  • ya...i'm a little concerned with the 1st exercise...you dont think that isn't too much stress on the front knee??? especially for a women who just wants to get into a 10min workout??

  • @myotis58 if your not comfortable doing it then dont do it - modify it with another exercise of your choice.

  • The first exercise looks like a dance haha.

  • How long do you preform these exercises to get total 10 min workout?

  • @gothdolly84 30 sec each exercise with 1 rest of 30 sec for 3 sets.
