Belly? WHAT Belly? You look AMAZING! really, you don't even look like the same person, in the before picture you looked upset and had bad posture, and then the after you looked relieved and happy and held yourself strait and full of confidence. Very proud of you, I have lost about 46 lbs, but it took me 6 months to do it! You did in like a blink of an eye! Truly Amazing =]
Well........46lbs in 6 months is nothing to shake a stick at, good job!! Thank you for the kind words, I really do feel better about myself and I am more confident in the way I look too, but I still got some work to do haha! It's good tho because running and exercising keeps me sane now!! I love it, and actually look forward to it.
well yes, there may be always room for improvement, but even so you look great =] like myself now, i am happy where i am but i know i could better. make sure to always love yourself how you are now and not how you will be later, because later may never come if you set you hopes too high. I am glad you anxiety is gone and you feel more clear headed and focused, weight loss does do wonders on the human psyche. great work =]
I love how casual you are about the weight loss. The running was the key I think...I really need to start running. I really think you kicked Greg's butt in the challenge. I know that you were in different stages in the weight loss journey but WOW! How can your results not be the winner!
I tried my hardest to do just that! If you start running remember to start at an easy pace and take a short break if you need it, no need to kill yourself right off the bat! Thanks for the super nice complements Trav!!!!
Well I can honestly say I am happier now than before I started weight loss rocks! I plan to keep running as well, actually I am about to go right now!
Thanks Rocky!! 52lbs is hard for me to believe too! but even some of my older smaller pants are starting to fall off when I walk lol....yikes...... it feels wonderful tho to be healthy! And btw I joined Jess's christmas losers challenge. (ps I haven't looked yet but I hope you joined too)
we didn't it make it in time for jess's challenge but that won't stop me from cheerin you on. we're going to keep going and posting vids. my goal is to be toned by next summer. i got some work to do so the vids will definitely not stop!
rich watched your vid over the weekend. he was amazed as i was over your transformation. what a great challenge this was!
That's too bad you and rich didn't make it for the challenge but I will still be following you guys.....I also wanna tone up and lose the rest of the weight so I can get my beach bod ready for summer! But if you keep doing all those push-ups you normally do you will be toned in no time!! I'll be watching ya. I agree it was a great challenge for many people, I am proud to have been a part of it.
Wow awesome accomplishment. Congratulations. You living proof that if you put the effort to success you can do it. I think you got to goal haven't you? Just keep up the health life style. Awesome, I am happy for you.
Thanks Mari!! Yea it is a lot of work but soooooo worth it!!! I surpassed my goal for this challenge, but I am not at my goal goal yet, I dunno what it is yet but I got some belly to lose still ; )
you did fantastic, congrats for staying in this challenge, you have done so well, and I am happy you are healthy now, keep going strong, understand your body and you can do so much in life...keep up the great mind set, you will do so well in the next challenge, oh..change your side bar weight..it confused me, you said 230- 278 lbs, I think you meant 178 :)
Thanks Bonnie! Yea it feels good to finish the challenge... but also kinda sad, but I plan to keep on losing weight! (It is supposed to say 178, I didn't notice, thanks!)
Your losing 52lbs is CRAZY AMAZING! You've done it! What was the hardest part of your journey? I think remembering htat will help you keep it off for the rest of your life. so what's next in store for Dean? A christmas losers challenge video perhaps? haha regardless, you are my inspiration! 60 pushups! DAMN brother...I max out at 7...is there something you can do to get better at them?
Thanks Damion!!!! The hardest part is probably just staying motivated to exercise and eat healthy but I am getting to the point that it is becoming a habit. I tried to make a response for Christmas losers challenge but it didn't show up so I dunno if I am in or out lol. Best way to improve with push-ups is to do knee push ups till you can do a fair amount then switch to regular push-ups and do some everyday!
wow thats a big change! Good job.
