@sirAS47 Thanks for the kind words - I've been playing since I was 10, so getting on for 12 years now. I'm afraid I really can't answer your second question, though! I just write stuff that I like the sound of, and particularly love close-harmony guitars, so they tend to play a fairly large role in my music. Just plug away at it and you'll get something you're happy with eventually!

Jeff R again as a fellow guitarst/fingerstylist in alt tunings some times you hit a road block , what I do in situations like this is experiment in other tunings my favorite today is DADGBD (mellow) OR DADGAD I think as an artest its difficult to be creative at times thats when its time to recreate and to continue to grow , sit by a lake by yourself and experiment but moet important keep it fun ..and the possibilites are endless.

Put your stuff into the hands of an established pro who writes lyrics for mainstream singers,all it takes is one time then they will be lining up for the opp. to work with you, Then your there, music for movies,television, commercial etc. etc.Butjust as impotant find an established agent ONE YOU TRUST or the entertainment bussiness can chew you up spit you out and forget you by the next day. This one's in open Gmin (DGDGBbD), which is one of my absolute favourite tunings. Double dropped-D (DADGBD) is also fun, and then there are a couple of tunings which I came across by chance - DADGCD and CADGCE, both of which are lovely. Thanks for the comment!

I think ur songs wd be even more beautiful without their musical backgrounds.I mean purely acoustic..Why hide ur talent behind some random melodies when ur style & mastering alone r enough to carry us away & send chills up our spines?Maybe it's just the way I like the guitar,maybe it's just an idea..Maybe that cd make the difference btw u as a real artist & u as a New Age music player whose cds cd be found at The Body Shop along with the relaxing cosmetics for massages & baths.What do you think?

I think that I respect your opinion but would disagree with it - they're not just 'random melodies' to me, they're what make the difference between myself just wanking off an an acoustic for a few minutes and between an actual song. I think New Age would be far more apt if I just stuck to straight-up heartfelt acoustic. The other instrumentation is one of the most important parts of the song to me.

But what I'll just say is that my favourite part of this song is its last 20seconds when you finish off "acapella" because ur a very good guitar wanker and that is far enough.. That's what I like to hear but then again, it's just me.
