*watches grandmother scene* *squeals like a crazed fangirl* OMG!!! this movie is based on a book!!! It was, like, my favorite book growing up!!! If I knew that there was a movie about it before I was sixteen, I would have watched it everyday!!! I didn't realize what this was until that scene!!! *squeals again* it's all coming back!!! i love the sound effects in this movie. always have. the sound of rocks scraping against each other, the water flowing, and the footsteps against the stones. nothing quite like it in today's cartoons.

Same here, although I really just liked the exploration and using magic along with the whole "hidden passages and doorways in the castle" thing.

Also, I'm a guy. Kinda makes it more embarrassing. :P
