Miniature Australian Shepherds puppy

I just got a mini aussie 1 month ago, I have to say there really intelligent, and LOVE being given a task like fetch or get the mail. They need a lot of mental stimulation they will not play by themselves for long they need YOU <3. A nice dog to get.

@laffytaffy853 lots of puppies shake, babies do it too. They're small so they can get shivery easily, nothing to worry about :)

These puppies are so cuteee!!!! I remeber when my mini Aussie was that small but now he's like 38 pounds......but loves to sleep and walk and play with me so it's a great dog for an active lifestyle

I didn't even know there were such things as mini aussies. I raise normal aussies. I can say one thing, aussies are the best dogs you can have!

really, how energenic are they? and how much of height difference is there between normal aussie and mini aussie?im trying to get one but there isnt alot of info. on them as much as say a golden retriever

Well, if they get enough exercise they aren't very hyper. I don't think there is much of a height difference, although I could be wrong. But aussies are great with kids. And if you have sheep or cattle, they are great with herding. (thats all comin' from a 12 year old)

How big do they usually get, pound-wise? My mom wants a smaller dog and I want a medium sized one, so I'm thinking about one of these, but I'm not sure?

They get about in-between knee and thigh sized tall wise, but as for pounds, i dunno!
