1. more than 1,000,000 Free apps (unlike the others u have to pay)

2. More phone choices (check HTC i9810)

3. Office on the phone (I did my project with)

4. Durable and better support

fact. Android's processors cannot handle much..plus the apps you put can only be installed on the phones capacity not the storage card. So if you have music on there too bad.

fact. Windows Mobile has a better selection of phones. Better quality and so on...

If you are going to compare any HTC model compare the new TP2, not the original Touch Pro. Its specs are half that of the droid. There is nothing to compare.

Well Internal Wise its the same specs as the TP2 . Same Speed and everything. My point in the video was the compare my old phone to my new one. If i owned a TP2 I would of used that one . TO be honest the Tp2 isnt that much faster then the TP . It has a larger and nicer screen and keyboard. other then that same internals.

@taxanon The TP2 is faster then the TP because its a newer version of Touch flow 3d . It uses less resources. The TP2 actually uses a old Possessor then the TP . Other then the external features ( Screen , Keyboard , ext. ) It is the same phone inside but better made

Exactly what I was going to say Italia10588. The TP2 smokes the droid. In my opinion in goes like this. Nokia N900 & HTC TOUCH PRO 2 are the same, it depends on what you wanna use it for. Then the iphone and blaberry's dude. Droid is way down there, it has a decent marketing campaign but is so lacking. JMHO

cuz I'm trying to decide what phone to get..I really really hate the droids kb..camera means jack really..i mean if ur gonna buy a phone for its camera thats dumb..i text a lot so the kb is needed. But i do agree with the wm thing..droid has a lot of back up and i feel more people will create apps for the droid especially since it's open source..idk if the tp2 is..is it?

TP2 is a great designed phone but the software is what makes it horrible. Windows mobile 6.5 ( im running on the touch pro ) Is as bad as 6.1 . Also battery life is horrible on the TP2 because the screen is so massive it take a lot of power . I got the Droid for the Keyboard and Im never using it . the touch screen is good enough .

ya i played with the kb on the droid a lil. also the screen..i'm not used to a virtual kb so it was difficult for me. I do like the google voice search..the gps is amazing from what i've seen..I guess I'm just wondering what LG's droid will be like..I have the env and for a nonsmart phone it's awesome..the kb is perfect imo and if lg comes out with a droid that has a kb i think it'll be up there with tp2's kb

so htc tp2 with Qualcomm® MSM7200A™, 528 MHz is the same as htc tp with Qualcomm® MSM7201A™ 528 MHz? Idk..I'm not a techy geek..but to me they look like they have different #'s in there which makes me think that they are different...and to say that processor is the only relevant hardware spec is very closeminded..what about the screen? htctp2 is nearly an inch bigger than tp.the style of screan vga vs wvga which is what the droid has..hmm not too far..i mean fair huh?

First off the Touch pro and Touch pro two have the same hardware specs. both use a Qualcomm 528 MHz and both have same memory . what what about the review isnt far ? before you start saying how the review isn't far why don't you look at the specs .

The Droid's physical keyboard is not spring loaded. I guess that's why it doesn't open or close as easily.

After scouring many video reviews, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to comment on the sliding mechanism of the phones. I Currently use the Touch Pro, but I played with the Droid at a Verizon Store and I'd have to say that I liked the sliding mechanism on the Droid better. It had a very solid feel to it. The slider on the VX6850 I'm using has, over time, loosened to the point where it no longer feels as sturdy or solid. Perhaps it's just a preference of mine.

the droid does have multi-touch it allows u to pinch and zoom the pictures on the phone, but not for the web browser...u have to download the app in the app store...and why do u need multi-touch ? for pinch and zoom ? dude if u want to zoom in tap the damn screen twice !

It looks to me like you are running Scotts, SSK 3.0 Preview 2 ROM?? I only know because that's what I have running on mine. I am seriously thinking about lighting my Touch Pro on fire and running it over with my truck. Windows mobile is just so slow and miserable. Scott has done wonders with his ROMs and trying to make WinMo better, but I really hope I get a way better experience from the Droid. The ONLY thing I like about the TP is the 5 line keyboard. The Droid really doesn't have a good keyB

Of course it cant play it but look at the phone as a whole . The functions on the Iphone are smoother then The Driod. Im not saying the Droid isnt good. Its a great phone but it is still not as good as the I phone for a few reasons. 1 No multitouch 2 the app store on the Android Platform is still not there..

Yes, the Android's app store is not as large or as polished as the iPhone. But I think we need to just give it time to expand. The Android OS has only been out for a year whereas the iPhone has been out for 3 like someone else mentioned. I still really dislike Apple's sketchy app approval process though.

go into your camera mode on your droid, press the setting button and then it has a mode where the camera might be on 2 or 3 megapixels. You can change it to 5 (mine came set on 2) which might be your problem.
