Let me guess, (I looked at the pics) this unified organ has 2 ranks; 73 principal pipes and 110 flute pipes.
There are 183 pipes total (all metal except lowest 12 which are wood). The flute ranks is 9 octaves from C 1, (32.703 hertz) to C 9- (8372.018 hz). The principal rank is 6 octaves from C 3- (130.813 hz) C8 (4186.009 hz).
If you have a difficult time selling the organ, why not donate it to St. George Hermitage in Belen, NM? You can get tax credit and the monastery can benefit from a much needed organ. I've worked on Zimmer pipe organs before
