its about gangs in tokyo saru, waru, hands etc there were gang wars years ago but the had a long time of peice between them. the guy named mera he's the who dodged the tank fire and the dude with the black bubble jacket named kai were best friends. the the dwarf in the white suit made it look like kai killed meras gf. so he's been on a vendetta against kai. and wants revenged this is what started up all the conflict now.mera runs the wu ronz. that's a ruff loose discrption.theres more though.
