i know Opera 10 his the best Web Browser ever existed and faster than other, Firefox his supid like others and IE from Microsoft. Opera can be on all OS (mac, Windows, Linux, Mobile, iPhone, iPode , TV and lots of gadgets and OS )
I've used IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. For me Safari is the fastest and with the best look, but it also consumes a lot of RAM, lucky for me I have 8 GB, but someone with 512MB or even 1 GB I don't recommend it. Nice video, oh! and for some reason I already got Opera on my PC (Mac actually)... I don't know why, I never download it... (Using OSX Leopard).
The new tab feature. Drag down and view thumbnails of your tabs and position them on whichever side you'd like. Opera Turbo was only intended for those on a slow connection. WiFi or dial up. Best browser hands down. Not for everybody but it could be. For the tech savvy. Fully customizable and best of all, It's tweak able. I dropped Firefox and Chrome quick, and only use it for those site that don't support Opera. A few good browsers out there, but I'm glad to have discovered Opera, My default.
yup, im using opera for almost 3 years now and all the feature are improved but old (except turbo and maybe this create search that you talk about at the end, i've never used it). It would be good though if you would talk about features like "block content (RMB somewhere on the page -> "Block content..." allows to remove unwanted part of the page i.e. ads) or automatic reload(again RMB -> "Reload every"-> time, helps to keep up with frequently updated pages i.e. news), etc.
they pretty much copied all the stuff from Google Chrome - it has the open closed tubs option, the home screen which stars here and in the Safari..... I always thought Google are the leaders..
I don't use Opera, but my understanding is that it typically is the source of some of the more polished UI features that eventually find their way into Firefox and others.
Firefox allows you to re-open closed tabs.
This was a good review - however, one of the things I REALLY like about FF is the plugins that allow you a great deal of control over various aspects of the browsing experience (noscript, adblock, trackmenot, firebug, and betterprivacy are my favorites).
yea i switched to opera like 2 months ago and i'm very pleased with it. firefox has stopped working for me, my dad, and all of my friends. so i switch between safari and opera. i like the feature where you can download different skins the best.
ok, please stop saying idiotics, everyone knows FF is better, they way the tabs work in that you can close them without opening them and switch to a new tab by clicking the middle button is much better than Safari and EI.
I think you just don't like FF bewcasue it is menat for PC.
This Opera seems cool, but it would take time to get used to.
they seem nice, but I probably wouldn't switch, it seems like time is needed, and that is something i really don't want to do when browsing, I am so used to FF.
I have been an Opera user since around 1996 or so. In fact Opera was a pay browser up until 2005.

do you have photoshop cs4? it automatically installs it

Opera's faster already, though. And has most useful Firefox extensions built in.

I'm gonna nitpick:
1. It's google who added a twist to Operas Speed Dial.
2. Someone said that Google let you open closed tabs before Opera. Opera did that long, long before anybody even dreamed of google chrome.

The opening closed tabs was in Chrome before Opera ^^

No it wasn't. Opera could reopen closed tabs long before Chrome was even released. Chrome is just 1 years old, remember.

Actually, Google copied everything from Opera.
Opera had reopening of closed tabs long before Chrome was even released! The same goes for the home screen, etc.
Google are the leaders? By your logic, Opera are the leaders since Chrome ripped off all these long-time Opera features.

Nah. I'll stick to Firefox.
