  • Please don't use the Kings kimchi. Try to get it fresh made at your local Korean grocery store.

  • Thank you for your comment, Tamar. We usually use Kimchi from a Korean grocery store. But when we were shooting this video, we didn't have much time. So we went to Fred Meyer nearby. Unfortunately, the King's Kimchi is often the only Kimchi available in American grocery stores around here. I know you also made great videos about how to use Kimchi. I hope more people will discover the potential of Kimchi as a global food through our videos.
