I remember seeing this on the news. The news anchors warned us that the video would be disturbing. Little did we know that just 3 1/2 months later, even more shocking videos would be coming from New York. This was a terrible tragedy, with 23 losing their lives & hundreds injured. I wonder if Jerusalem has undergone building & structure code enforcement as well as occupancy limits since this awful event.
