What if like a kid goes to use it and it gets activated somehow and like it rotates on itself, crushing the child?

Last thing I want to find when I go to the toilet is a crushed child. Just another mess to clean up.

At first I thought it was a joke, something along the lines of the couples toilet commercial on Saturday Night Live. But that's really cool, I would buy one but I'm not sure It's being sold anywhere.
