  • I need one of those shotguns I've wanted one ever since I saw terminator 2, but at $1300 that just makes me sad

  • i can get a norinco 1887 for like 500 to 600 dollars

  • @50TNCSA

and your going to send at least $500 getting cut down and rebuilt so it actually shoots and ejects like it is supposed to

  • @P226nut actaully the originals have a bad tim ejecting shells also

  • Just for the record, the retail price has been dropped to $995,they announced that on Facebook.definitely more affordable.and the street price should be around $850,i will definitely look at one when they come out.

  • @RottSimba

    thanks for the update

  • The 1887 would be a nice gun but they need to work on the price..

  • What length shells will they accept?

  • Awesome looking gun

  • My friend has a long 1887 which was very good quality, and rare for the same price as these shorts.

  • Buy the Norinco and cut the stock off haha thats like 400$

  • I liked that 1892 Alaskan take-down rifle! $1100 MSRP so maybe $900+ retail. I don't know if it would be worth it vs. a Marlin 1894 cowboy in .45Colt though. I don't need to fit it in a bush plane so take-down capabilities are just a bonus. Still what looks to be an awesome rifle. Where is it made? & do you know how many rounds it holds?

  • Who let an Obama Ad on this video?

  • epic! me want

  • I was interested in the 1887's after watching the video and just wanted to find more information, but nothin. . . Has there been any other news or even anything about these?? Because im starting to feel bummed!

  • @4SolidGhost

it is on the main page of their website

  • Mare's laig, and the Terminators favorite sidearm (cyborg laser sight not included) ;-)

  • Buy a Norinco and cut it down. Bam. You just saved $900.

  • BADASS!!!

  • reminds me of my dads old 10ga always wanted to use it terminater style but never actually tried it

  • Nice, but waaay too pricey!

  • Is it AOW?

  • I really like the take down the body seems so today with a past feel the company is real smart taking old loved designs and modern daying them for todays shooter price tag is a little high

  • That takedown alaskan could come in very handy inside a bug-out bag, I would like to see the twist rate of the rifleing so a man could use the +p+ ammo from buffalo bore, and keep to a very useful cartridge. Team that lever action with a ruger redhawk .44 mag and you have a potent tandem shooting a single calber.

  • I pwn with this on CoD.

  • Those are awesome guns. Lever is back and bad ass. Go play with your sissy guns boys, I'll take the fat lead slinger from TAYLOR

  • that shotgun is awesome!!!

  • GW they sure are Proud of their Shit.

  • @derekgrebner87

sure, the cost has nothing to do with the cost of tooling up, buying initial runs of a new product, initial import regulation, shipping, marketing, etc..

or maybe the 1%ers who run Taylor are just fat cats burring $100 bills to light cuban cigars on their yachts they buy from their huge profits from the over priced shotguns they are forcing us all to buy...

    Occupy gun shops !!!

    lol

  • @GunWebsites

LOL, very true about start up production costs, etc. "Retail", I assume, is suggested retail and should be somewhat lower than what the customer will find in the store.

    These are niche market guns.

  • @GunWebsites Gun companies will never get a tax payer bail out if their business fails.

  • $1300 for one of each with ammo, awesome buy !

  • she lost me when she said $1300

  • Dude, show us the girl. She SOUNDS hot. lol

  • too damn high of a price on those ugh

  • These things seem really heavily built, in a good way I mean.

  • I just don't see $1300 in that gun.

  • wish list for when I become independently wealthy T_T

  • "Neat"> you were raised right! All those guns look like real fun! ++They look like high quality firearms!

  • Very cool shotgun, too much money

  • I dig Taylors co. Almost bought a open top revolver but my local shop special order's Cimmaron's.

  • Thank you Sir!

  • Nice... a lever action shotgun

  • mare's leg...cool as hell...but with what one has to choose from today ...not practical..unless your just collecting to have fun

  • @braybobby1

A big part of shooting is having fun !!

they don't make fast convertibles for their utility or gas mileage, lol

  • I got a 1987 SPAS 12, bought it pretty much new all original in box for 1395.99... lol lever gun is cool but ill keep the spas..

  • I'll be back -T800

  • @OEFvet1986

I will block you and remove this comment

call whatever names you want, don't change the fact you are rude and like to complain

  • The lever action looks like the shotgun from Terminator 2.

  • Can someone besides mossberg make a nice 1894 clone?

  • Way to expensive

  • Really cool! Really wish Mossberg or Marlin would make one of those shotguns for cheap.

  • @GunWebsites Ya I get you,the prices are a bit steep but it is a new product soo i suppose it's to be expected.

  • I was pricing some lever 12-gauges not too long ago and couldn't find too many.. the only one I saw much of was like a modified 1887 clone, with a leather wrap around the lever.

Can't remember who actually produced it.. It may have been Winchester.

  • @Doctorchops

    yea, those are Chinese

  • @GunWebsites So Norinco IS the only one who make's 'em nowdays? I thought that might be the case, but I wasn't sure..

There're quite a few other guns on my backlog that I need to get first, but a 12-gauge levergun is definitely on there heh

  • can you change the calibers on that takedown rifle?

  • @AkimboNinjaPWN

didn't ask, but that would be cool

  • That case hardened 45lc looks great!

  • I want 2 of them right now...RIHGT NOW, lol wait, nevermind I got $5 in my wallet

  • @LAZARU6179 prob the demographic they were trying to appeal to with this, but like you said not with the price tag they won't lol

  • love the lever shotguns, theyr 12 gauge right? i know most of the 1887s and the following 1901 smokeless varients were mostly 10 gauge.

  • if only they made one in 10 gauge i could be like the terminator

  • 1300+ tax for that? all pass look like somthing from MW3

  • COD

  • cowboy zombie gun, have a nive lever action rifle in the same caliber as a revolver and were good too go. im sure we can add a raid for a scope and a light.

  • I dig the lever shotgun. It's like the one Arnie had in Terminator 2.

  • any price for me there sold

  • Doh! Show the chick, she sounds hot. ;-)

    Guns, what guns?

  • I'm glad that they themselves acknowledged that $1,300 was way too high and they're trying to bring it down. I'd pay a bit more to have a pre-cut Winchester clone, but at that price I could just buy a norinco and chop it myself.

  • @GTHarmon87 I have to agree,you need"big medicine" .405 for the win my friend!

  • $1,300?!?! man, I've always loved the old western lever action shotguns, but I could buy Remingtons new versa max with 1,300.

  • Will you be picking one up Gwebs?

  • @SPARTAN23123xS23x

not yet, but I'll jump on a used one once they've been around a while

  • $1300 short barrel lever action shotgun or a Berretta or Benelli semi auto shotgun? HAHAHA!!! You are Taylor & Co. not Colt ! Some of the items at SHOT are just so overpriced it makes it hard to really get excited over them, the pricing kicks me in the nads.

  • @mrtlsimon

I have the same reaction to the unrealistic expectations people have about costs of initial offerings

  • @GunWebsites Initial offerings? Its a shotgun design from the 1890s....let me guess they spent lots of money on research and development? Chopping the full stock to a pistol grip and cutting down the barrel required new CNC machines? Some designs I understand the high intial cost, new companies just starting up,new gas piston rifle designs, race guns, bullpup shotguns but even the company rep admits the cost is high.

  • @GunWebsites

But with dumbasses like this I bet you'd get a shitload of money.

People dont realize when a free tradesman says a gun is $1300 he really means to say i'd take a $1000.

  • I absolutely love lever actions!!!! These are beautiful!!

  • those shotguns are super sexy, i want.

  • 1st ... to say that I want to see some POV videos with these rifles.

  • Never saw a real practical purpose for the lever action pistols except for fun. Seems to be more of a novelty.

  • if they make a stinless 1887 with the black rubberized grip im jumping over the croud of people to get one

  • you're a nice guy for filming and uploading these videos. so I can watch them.

  • @Eddythebandkid

thanks, and thank you for watching !!

  • AH i wanted that lever action Shotgun, till she said the price :(. Guess that goes on the "Obama is out and my job is better" list. Really liked the take down gun, neat twist(no pone) on modern lever actions.

  • $1300 haha. Does she come with the shotgun?

  • Very interesting! I like those! Thanks.

  • where's the terminator

  • Now those would be nice to have in my safe.

  • @GTHarmon87

I would expect you'd like these, lol

Which do you like more the modern or traditional set up?

I think I'd need both sets of furniture cause I really like them both

  • @GunWebsites

The 1887 would have to stay in blued steel and wood, but the Takedown model would be nice in both styles. However, I'm still waiting for the rebirth of an 1895 levergun in .405 Win, hehe

  • if I hear one cod reference... I backhand a puppy!!!! think about the puppies.

  • @joey3bc The rubber stocked 1887 looks just like the one in modern warfare 3. HAHAHAHA

  • @DeadOnTheGround my puppy hates you right now... who is laughing now!

  • @joey3bc Your cat?

  • @DeadOnTheGround Nah, she just horking up a hair ball.

  • nice!!!!

  • me want... but halve the price please

  • LOOKS SOOOO BAD ASS

  • terminate the prices then we can talk...

  • @Ironmaiden666trp

Please tell me what new product (ANY Product) that hits the market at the lowest price point from the start...

  • @GunWebsites It was a terminator movie joke. The gun reminded me of Arnold's shotgun from Terminator II, Judgement Day...

  • @Ironmaiden666trp

    got ya

  • 1st ... to get in line for the short lever shotgun

  • @GunWebsites Second!!! LOL!

  • @GunWebsites Then I'm 2nd in line, lol.

  • @GunWebsites Ive had mine for 2 years. Bought a full size lever for $400 brand new and did the work myself.
