I also talked to Captial Police and verified that all heads of state of foreign countries do get this treatment is D.C

Also those Yukons/Suburbans are packed with so much firepower you would be a dead ass fool to get in that convoy's way. Since Dulles airport is the closest Intl. airport, majority of the foreign dignitaries come in through Dulles. That means a motorcade from DC, to I66, to Rte 267 (Dulles Toll Rd), to airport.
Meanwhile 42 million Americans are surviving on food vouchers!
