I will say this.

I thought Jackie might have learned a thing or too about democracy from his time in Australia. His father worked in Canberra for many years. Jackie briefly attended school their and worked part time in construction before going back to China. It was in Australia that he got his nickname Jackie. He is also knew Kevin Rudd (current Prime Minister of Australia, who can speak fluent mandarin) while growing up.
