Needless I say, if you look at all the settings carfully, they are incredibaly similar to all the levels in the Subspace Emissary! I wouldn't be surprised if this was true, since they cancelled this game close to Brawl's announcement, and both games are developed by HAL.

lol, when I read the Iwata Asks (that's when the Nintendo president asks the developers to explain the game they made) script, it said that Epic Yarn wasn't completely made by HAL Laboratory, and it wasn't even supposed to be a Kirby game at the beginning. The HAL Laboratory team said said they were developing a new Kirby game for Wii as they didn't want to be outshone by yarn!

And that means there's going to be a normal Kirby Wii game soon!

There is often more then one decicion that brought this project down. There could be factors like bad economy or bad management...or simply the fact that they ran out of fresh ideas. The helper thing is not really old but not new either.

As I look at this it feels like a dream that never was but its merely a memory.

On Kirby wiki it says that theres a Kirby game being revived for the 3DS (But we know how reliable wikis are). I think they'll make this game for the 3DS because. honestly, I don't believe that Nintendo would abandon this for Epic Yarn. Kirby's Epic Yarn seems cool, BUT it's just not Kirby if he's not inhaling the enemies to gain powers. ::/ But THIS...THIS is 200% Kirby! The Super Smash Bros. franchise was made by Hal Laboratories and purchased by Nintendo. Same goes for Kirby. That's why if you ever played a Kirby game you'd notice it has similar characteristics to Smash. Some include difficulty settings, movement, controls, etc.
