I think michaeltechfs must work for Time Warner Cable or own stock in it because TWC does, in fact, SUCK! Dude, switch to Direct TV. Go to satellite. Come into the New Millenium. They can fix your problem in MINUTES w/a phone call. My mom's cable service includes two shopping channels and two religious channels as part of the line-up.
