Dieting does suck! Diets end, make it more of a lifestyle change. I know sounds a little dorky, but make it something that you want to make automatic rather than something you do just to diet. I dont know if this is something you might want to explore, but thinking this way has made dealing with it a lot easier for me. Dont give up!!
