When I was little, I loved Ratchet, Sly, and Jak. Sadly, since I was young, Jak was always the least favorite (DON'T YELL AT ME. NOT SAYING ITS BAD!) I think the other two were just a little more lighthearted and fit me more.  Now that I am a teenager and watching these videos, I wanna go back and play!

Holy S@#*. Im gonna cry...this was my favorite game series when i was a kid. not a day goes by when my clingy brother has that daxter kind of attitude. he reminds me of the little furry guy. And Jak is just plain awesome, thats how i remember him to this day.

@BBWAVES1 They said that they were making it during Uncharted 3, but everytime they thought of an idea, it didn't feel "right" for the Jak series. And so, the Jak 4 project became The Last of Us.

I first got Jak 2 when i was like 8 and i thought it was the best game ever, then i got jak 3. THEY WERE AWESOME. as ive grown up ive gotten sucked into the whole ps3 and fps genres. but i dearly miss the jak series. Recently my little brother got jak one and 2. i have played hours with him on those games and thought to my self why arnt there any games like this on ps3. JAK AND DAXTER TRILOGY IS GONNA BE SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!

I just wish i could come out on xbox 360 and make us throw down the hate between call of duty and halo. You know the thing that sets me off from playing xbox is all the hate between those two 'factions' i mean we've all become tangled up in all these humorss FPS games i don't get why we can't just look back to where it all started, where all games origionated from i don't understand why we can't just let go of the hate and not look at where we are now, but where we all came from.

Besides, every series that goes multiplatform just goes downhill in terms of quality due to newfound limits. A game is at its best when developed for one console.

i wish sony and microsoft could put aside their differences and release this on xbox 360 as well you see i had an PS2 until i was 10 and before that all I played was Jak and Daxter Ahhhhh Those where the days nobody cared about realistic shooters nd everyone loved fantasy don't get me wrong i still like a good FPS now and then but fantasy is just so much better you know Jak and Daxter just seems so.. right you know it just fits. @itachiitachi1946 True, but Sly and Ratched series' shouldn't be forgotten neither, but the truth is Jak is the best of all PS2 franchises.

Although there is a Sly game coming for PS3 and there's some Ratchet games for PS3 they still played their main role on PS2.

There's still plenty of series' to go wich made PS2 generation awesome, a bit of shame that PS2 is overrun by 360, pc and PS3 these days.

@Danzosfaction i found out that better gpus make developers thinking more realistic.they kill their imagination(imagination is VERY important 4 a game developer,artist etc)only through imagination(in vgaming spectre)u can create feelings.current gen of consoles have that is a smaller scale compared to older gen .now we r victims of fps trend and games aint like jak2(geting my point?)btw dont forget zoe2.the best mech game..EVER.

@iluvmgsheaps2 Peronally I dont think that Ratchet and Clank isnt the same as Jak and Daxter and since Insomnia used the same engine which Naughty Dog used to create the Jak serie Ratchet and Clank would not exist today if it wasn't for Jak and Daxter

@MrFlapjack247 dmc4 had the best gameplay mechanics..and im saying it again..dmc4 had the best BEST GAMEPLAY MECHANICS for its genre.but its lvl design was pure crap.new dmc is not made by capcom but by team ninja..so...what did u expect? after all capcom's quality has declined(they even closed clover studios!)got jak and daxter hd collection and ill get as well dmc.(thats why ps3 doesnt have backward compatibility......)
