odd, I have two 12" kicker cvrs with an old crossfire amp (not sure on the watts, but its less than 1500) with a 1.0 farad capacitor and i hit 140db.

2 Solobaric L3s running with a 1200 Watts Soundstorm amp. To keep up with them I have two 6.5" and two 6x9s Rockford Punch Speakers running with a Rockford Prime amp 1000 Watts. I find it to be greatly balanced in terms of frecuency management. I peak at 128 db but no useless sounds such as rattling or pink noise can be heard. And that is something I brag about. BTW nice subs! Kicker woofers are just awesome! But please hide the cables: the best cable is the one nobody can't see.

every vehicle has a different acoustical environment, you can drag the same sub/amp combo into different cars and get a different spl score. but just for braggin rights, im hitting close to 136db with 2 8inch subs in a sealed box with around 300 watts rms.

I have 2 kicker 12 inch dcvr subs. I did have 2 kenwood performance series 1800 watt amps. But I blew 1 and the vids on my youtube is just with one amp. Mine rattles on the outside. Lil shitty soundn cause of the rattle. But ya feel the bass. Sounds awesome on the inside. Can not tell that it is rattling on the outside. And with the stock speakers in the doors. It still sounds clear. I have to do a better outside shot of mine. Nice set-up. I shattered my rear window. joys of having a system.
