actually yes you can do it without teasing or a bump it... all you do is form the bump and push the hair forward and pin it up but if you want the maximum effect you should tease you hair..

any one can do it...if you have really thick and long hair just use thinner sections...youll have to do this a couple times but it will work...and remember...HAIRSPRAY!!!!!
