Yep I have to say I am indeed a PS3 fan. I have had mine for 3 years and its been sitting on the shelf playing games and movies the entire time. You have alot more patience than I do. Id never put up with taking a unit back 8 time but my times valuable. Maybe yours isnt. I simply don"t have time for the 360s breakdowns. Happy gaming to you!

On Joystiq they have an article stating that the 360 has a 54.4 % failier rate. They also comment that this statistic seems awfully LOW considering that the entire Joystiq staff that owns a 360 has had theirs fail. Thats a 100 % fail rate for those of you who are counting. Why the hell would you all support a company that treats you so badly!? You encourage Microsoft to make crappy hardware! The PS3 fail rate incidently was 10.3 % followed by Wii at 6 %. You 360 guys mystify me.

all my 360 was replaced using my store warranty. Also i own a ps3. The 360 has the better games usally and the online is way better then the free mess of a online ps3 offers. Only game ps3 has that is amazing is uncharted 2 and mag. Those 2 games run great online but anything else it falls apart. No voice messaging and not even a 1 on 1 cross game voice chat? This is why i stick with my 360. Gears/Halo/COD all great on 360.

Thats still doenst tell me why you continue to support a platform that is junk. Whether you had to pay for it or not isnt the point. You stll spent time taking it to be fixed and not gaming. Why you put up with it is beyond me. If you like the games get them on PC. The 360 is junk. PS3s online is fine. Runs as good as Live and you dont have to worry about cheaters like you do on the 360. Stick with the 360. I prefer to play my console not take it to get fixed 8 times.

i have a question for any one that can answer it okay my XBOX had 4 lights okay , its a A/V

problem i heard well i cleaned the HDMI connector, and pluged it in it got rid of it ,

but NOW it will turn on , u will see the dash board , i put a game in , or DVD it will play for like 3 min then the screen will freese , and the whole screen will look blury no sound

, cant do nothin except turn it OFF. CAN U HELP !!!!!!!!!

Mine lasted a year and 1 month exactly.20 gig pro model.I am debating on getting an elite. I hate there customer service though.I am just waiting it out.The new jaspers hopefully fix the failure rate.Its a shame man.I have a ps3 love the system but i still love the 360 games.Btw my nephew has my 360 now.

The first Xbox was also a piece of junk. I got it at launch and always took very good care of it, but it used to scratch my games, got lots of disc read errors, lots of freezing, and erased my saved files. After all that I sold it on ebay and got rid of it for good. I don't have that much patience with these things. Plus it was too damn noisy. :p
