Gas meters DO run backwards. BUT if the company suspects anything they have legal right to remove the meter and open it as the cogs running backwards leave indentations on them which is made by stress of the bellows.

using the hoover to act as the gas flow turns the meter awsome havent figured a way around that secuirity tab on the top? if you can get that of you should be able to remove the meter and clock it that way as well.....

gas flow rates in a domestic property will never clock that fast !

it is simple > this idot has dissconnected the meter and is using a hoover or hair dryer to run it back or forward !

ask yourself why is there no sound ? ? ? anyway that is one way you can rig your meter !

ive seen some a couple of cases where a bicycle wheel inner tube was used to bridge the meter . . . not a fucking iphone

no, you can tell the meter IS actually ticking backwards look at the "6" second from the left shift as the meter appears to begin taking pressure from the outlet rather than the inlet. Best guess is that this meter is actually not connected as you can see by the weird lighting it's most likely just set up on a table or somewhere more convenient than where they are normally installed and there is pressure passed through it from the inlet, then the outlet and then finally the inlet again.
