I do approve of the fact that you have millennium force over i305. IMO its an all around better coaster. MF is taller (albeit by a few feet), faster, has a smoother ride, and its more than just a drop and then a 300 degree helix then another airtime hill and another 300 degree helix and so on. The over banked curves add something of interest to MF while i305 doesnt have anything like that.
@bos0223 Steel Force and Mamba are both manufactured by DH Morgan. They are both hypercoasters. They both share the red and white(gray) paint job. The only differences is that the trains look different and Steel Force(#26) has a higher rank than Mamba(#50) on Amusement Today's Golden Ticket Award.
It's still hard for me to see Dominator as a Cedar Fair ride after it was originally Six Flags. It's an exciting ride and worthy of making the top ten IMO. I think this list has the coasters in a solid order.
@TheKiro500 Kingda Ka is at Six Flags.... -_- And even then it is not the best. Just because it's tall and fast doesn't make it the best ride in the world. I personally prefer TTD because the lapbars give you more freedom and airtime at the top. But I'd take a ride on Maverick over TTD and Kingda Ka any day.

Of all of those, I have ridden Raptor, The Beast, Maverick (in the rain!), I-305, and Millenium Force. I've seen Dominator and been to Kings Dominion, but it rained and we had to leave before we got to ride it. Diamondback is another that I think was up there along with all of these, and I know it's odd, but I think Volcano: The Blast Coaster at Kings Dominion is up there with these as well. Those launches and heartline rolls blew me away! Good lineup, though.

It's hard to rate as sensations differ. Top Thrill has the ultimate two rushes but that's it. Millenium Force and 305 are very even in stats. MF has the best view, longer, tunnels and less restraints. 305 has that brown-out intensity at the bottom of the first hill and more twists and turns. It's like comparing sexual experiances with hot women, they are all different but you won't forget any of them. Anyone that says any of them just "Suck" probably hasn't experianced it, coasters or sex!

@fishdefy I've explained this at least 10 times now, but okay. Magnum is among my favorite, and rightfully in Steel Force's place it belongs, but I wanted a variety in the video, not practically every ride being from Cedar Point. So I chose it's close half twin Magnum. Of course opinions change, and my list would be different now. While I said it was personal opinion, I did include the likes of other people's opinions too, and tried to choose a good variety within track types, and the parks.
@fishdefy I quite enjoy Diamondback now... the issue here was, this video was made after my first trip to Kings Island since I was a baby. I've gone about 10 times now. I go to Cedar Point roughly 12 or so times a year. The first time I rode Diamondback, it was a hot crummy day, and overall that took away from the experience. So that is why it did not make an appearance here. I then went on to ride it at H.Haunt and it was an overall much better ride. But you know.. the videos already uploaded.

Cool video...I've never been on the MF..but having been on the I305 today twice in about 10min..(no lines are great)!... That thing is intense! Never had a smoother faster ride..well except....

Just tells you how well run all Cedar Fair parks are managed! But what an impressive top ten list and I have been on most and want to try both Intimidators at KD and Carowinds, Dominator and Behemoth. Tough call between Magnum and Steel Force both are impressive and extremely fun! But what a top two Millennium and Intimidator 305,MERCY!!!!
You are right, and that spot was going to go to Magnum XL 200, but I felt as is to many rides from Cedar Point were already included, and I wanted to diversify a little, so I gave the spot to Magnum's very similar "half twin' Steel Force.
(Magnum is a much better ride though) But I wanted to keep this from being mostly CP rides, so I did the best I could to mix it up a bit.
I've never ridden it, but I have ridden MF, so naturally I gave the spot to Millie, but when I get the chance to finally ride I305, the results might change. ;)
i went 2 days ago!!!! the lines are long as #*&%$*)$% though the rides were amazing!!!! im never complaining about the lines in canada's wonderland ever again!!

Hydra is good, but I don't think it belongs in a top ten. It is kind of slow, I love the slow barrel roll at the beginning though!
I would have chosen Magnum over Steel Force any day, but I felt as if I was including to much CP rides, because it is my home park, so I went with Steel Force.
This video is based off of mine and other peoples opinions, if I were to have a number one, I would chose Maverick. I love Millennium Force and Top Thrill Dragster, and actually got on all of them today, but I love Maverick. The lay-out, speed and timing of every element on the ride is perfect. But it's back-seat all the way! lol
I thought of Volcano, but some people, (I've never been to KD) have told me that it has lost it's lust, and that is getting rough, so I didn't include it.

@LoboFan1000 Cedar Fair is an amusement company that owns several amusement parks, Similar to Six Flags... some examples of their parks are: There flagship park Cedar Point, Carowinds, Canada's Wonderland, Knott's Berry Farm, Kings Island, etc. This was a video based on some of my personal top ten favorites from the parks owned by this company.

@HappyEisentrout The reason for this was because half the rides were already from Cedar Point, I wanted to mix it up a little bit and add Magnum's similar half-clone... the spot rightfully in my mind belongs to Magnum though. ;)

@MrMachinegun21 Neither matter to me really. I like a ride to be intense, or with good layout pacing. Preferably both.
Obviously I like tall coasters, but I like lengthy coasters as well.
Good rides come in different packages. I like them all. ;)

I have been on most of these. They are good. But mf is better than 305.
1. Taller
2. More exciting because it has nice scenry and good overbanks.
3. Restraints the 305 are overly protective.

Yes, I know Paramount owned Kings Island, but this video was made for how the parks stand as of 2010, and Cedar Fair currently owns the park.
A couple other rides in the top ten were owned by other parks/companies as well.
(Ex. Dominator = Sea World, and Six Flags.)

Cool video...I've never been on the MF..but having been on the I305 today twice in about 10min..(no lines are great)!... That thing is intense! Never had a smoother faster ride..well except....

Yeah, thats because at the time of making this, there were no really good videos are pictures of Intimidator, so I just clipped up the fly-around animation. ;)

i think behemoth(lol went on it today) and maverick(lol went on it 2 days ago) should have gotten a better spot! i love millenium force but it hurts men if u know what i mean!! i know this ride is way to short to put up their for what its worth but i really enjoyed "the bat" at canada's wonderland!!!! doesnt compete though.

For me it gets boring if you ride it in the middle of the train, but in the back seat, it is amazing.
I've ridden every ride at Cedar Point several times,and Maverick is definitely my favorite. :)

Just tells you how well run all Cedar Fair parks are managed! But what an impressive top ten list and I have been on most and want to try both Intimidators at KD and Carowinds, Dominator and Behemoth. Tough call between Magnum and Steel Force both are impressive and extremely fun! But what a top two Millennium and Intimidator 305,MERCY!!!!

You are right, and that spot was going to go to Magnum XL 200, but I felt as is to many rides from Cedar Point were already included, and I wanted to diversify a little, so I gave the spot to Magnum's very similar "half twin' Steel Force.
(Magnum is a much better ride though) But I wanted to keep this from being mostly CP rides, so I did the best I could to mix it up a bit.

I liked Diamondback, but not enough to make it top-ten worthy.
I just felt as if something was missing when I rode it, and that these rides were better than it, it would probably rank as 11 on my list though.

(Continued) I heard I305 was supposed to be awesome, ( I still haven't ridden it, hopefully I will get down there this summer) :)
Hydra is good, but I don't think it belongs in a top ten. It is kind of slow, I love the slow barrel roll at the beginning though!
I would have chosen Magnum over Steel Force any day, but I felt as if I was including to much CP rides, because it is my home park, so I went with Steel Force.

This video is based off of mine and other peoples opinions, if I were to have a number one, I would chose Maverick. I love Millennium Force and Top Thrill Dragster, and actually got on all of them today, but I love Maverick. The lay-out, speed and timing of every element on the ride is perfect. But it's back-seat all the way! lol
I thought of Volcano, but some people, (I've never been to KD) have told me that it has lost it's lust, and that is getting rough, so I didn't include it.
