I've never liked the black top bit of tower 42. I think they should alter it...

@kwaichi- I reckon it should continue the same all the way to the top getting rid of the unattractive black bit which looks old fashioned in my opinion. This would give the building a new lease of life and give extra floor space without having to demolish it (there were some rumours about this).
