Finklestein has made himself a fortune and a lot of publicity by being a so called Jew who criticizes other Jews and Israel. It has made him well known and he lives on it. A self hating Jew Norman parasitizes his own peoples hardships in trying to survive in the hostile middle east where 20 plus Arab countries are intent on Israel's destruction and when Israel defends itself against ongoing rocket attacks Finklestein complains. And judging by the way he lashes out against his own president and any kind of authority shows me what kind of person he is. I have seen this kind before, they make a career out of being controversial, a clear sign of a man with no substance.

For example, Israel was able to evacuate the Gaza settlements even though the radical Zionists vehemently opposed it. There are plenty of reasonable Israelis prepared to work with the Palestinians to put together a deal.
