In 1992 Jeff & Sheri Easter performed at Mount Paran Church of God In Georgia close to their home town. at this concert Jeff said "my daddy used to say we are singing the greatest love song of all time and that is why we won't sing 'love songs'."

I have always liked the harmoines and voices of jeff and sheri but i just can't be convinced that they should be singing the song it is a COUNTRY song not gospel. Jeff and sheri used to sing good gospel music and I wish they would go back to that

UPDATE of Sheri's Cancer I took this from their web site;Nashville, Tn--Jeff and Sheri Easter were recently in the studio recording tracks for their newest release slated for later in 2009. This is their first release since Sheri's recent battle with breast cancer in mid-2008. Sheri was given the diagnosis of 'cancer-free' in August, and agreed to undergo rounds of chemotherapy to reduce the chance of recurrence.God has healed Sheri and I for one am very thankful. Sing on Sheri Easter !
