@GiveMeMyWhammy really? :S go buy a digital tuner at Walmart for $15 and loosen your strings a little bit until the tuner says Eb instead of E. Continue to do that with every string. If your guitar is in standard tuning (EADGBe) then you shouldn't have to loosen the strings very much because Eb (b is flat, # is sharp) is a half step below standard. A full step down would be (DGCFAd). If you go out and buy a tuner you can take it with you and then you also don't need internet access to use it.
