since the internet these little dogs have been bred in their thousands by people who are only interested in making $. days gone by dogs like this were given away now they are $1200, $1500 for a puppy with parents not health checked the whole family with hidden genetic problems. if public stopped buying pups from internet and shops the supply would be nil and this craziness in society today would be stopped. its up to the public to stop all this. They do need better living condtions. including daily exercises outside of their cages, cages cleaned daily with fresh papers put in and clean food and water given daily. Then they can say they are obeying the laws.
