my tones a yamaha pacifica stock everything with the tone rolled off with a marshall mg15cdr with high treble and bass + countour :) its fucking mean with a tiny bit of overdrive... im gonna post a video reply of it when i can make vids, peace!

this is not really sound like slash's tone and that's what i like. Slash is Slash and we don't have his hands. no matter how close we get to his tone we will never play like him. get use to it and try a little bit new stuff try start to get your own tone i know it cuz i like to look for my tone and for me a Marshall MG series 100 HDFX work well very nice tone. i didn't pick the right guitar for me yet and even when i want a Gibson i want it to fits for how i play......

Are you pluged straight into your amp? Or are you using any pedals? I have the exact same set up. My LP is a 2008 standard honey burst with the 60s neck. I also have the 210H JVM. I was wondering if you could give me some more information on your settings. I'm just now starting to get some great tone with my set up. I have a pedal board with several efx's I love, but I'm always looking for more information on other peeps settings.

Yeah its the VOS custom shop slash. Its the standard one its put with its called a marshall 1960B 300 watt. Its the straight cabinet.
