joe rogan is fucking hilarious, but alot of his material, he used like 4 or 5 years ago, jut added some new stuff, still hilarious though, just watched The Union: The Business behind Getting High, and it is the best documentary i have ever seen! if every american watched it, USA would be a better place

I doubt you can fix that, sounds like excessive clipping, cause Rogan screams a lot, and that's digital distortion right there
