  • he alrdy told if we use dinar in our pocket they@zionist will kill us, by the wat he is great honest politician not like other flip flop anwar ibrahim

  • The American dollar is nothing but a piece of toilet paper now y'all....! The US government is bankrupt!

Btw, I wonder if Tun's critics ever used the PLUS highway, attend a concert or a MU/Liverpool/Chelsea match at Bukit Jalil which he built, take flights from KLIA, benefited from F1 race, bought a Malaysian car, etc etc? I hope they did not otherwise it would make them hypocrites too!

  • @crashoverloads based on my current knowledge I'd say it's true, had he been successful in rallying support, he would probably have been assassinated like Lincoln and JFK and for the same reason too.

  • @crashoverloads correction syeikh imran hossien.. not Allahyarham ahmad deedat.

  • Can we trust his heart in relation to the dinar. Yes, to use a dinar is importance, but his background in the enforcement of Islamic rule is suspected because of the time of his authority until his retirement, there are too much kronism, abuse of power and corruption. How can you talk about the good and welfare while your hands covered in blood?

  • @anuarsafian75 Dr.Mahathir is one of the few great leaders of the Muslim world today..He may not be perfect, but he did serve the people and developed Malaysia..Now you can see the same country going down since IMF has been able to install its own puppets just like in Pakistan..

  • @nilo723 .. I'm not sure whether you are coming from Malaysia or overseas. if you are a Muslim, you have an information what the characteristics of a good Muslim leader. at least she had never owned the public property to the family he, putting his best friend (cronyism) as a preference to get a project and others. That of course is not a feature of great Islamic leader.

  • @notoracist Mahathir is not a corrupt politician, neither did he accumulate wealth for his family from public funds..

Besides, a leader should be able to place the right person for the right job, regardless of whether the person is his friend or not..

  • @nilo723 sorry bro.. you are wrong.. You should explore more about the besides story.. I have asked you whether you are malaysian or foreigner.. only the most of malaysian know about him, about his son, mohkzani, mukriz and the letter to MB Kelantan (warn not to implement hudud), 200 bilion lost at his hand (Barry Wain's Malaysian Maverick) and etc.. ;-) Think how can be muslim leader like him. I can confess the great muslim leader like Umar Al-khattab, Ali and few companions.

  • @nilo723 I can admit only a few large Muslim leaders like Umar Al-Khattab, Ali bin Abi thalib and other companions is a great muslim leaders. But present, there ain't.

The effort to make Dinar as a major currency only come from Kelantan not from him (Mahathir). He only can make a speech about a dinar (only show he is the leader who is caring the Islam) but instead the other party was take great efforts to implement the Dinar (Kelantan under PAS administration)

  • @notoracist Actually Mahathir tried to make such implementations such as to trade gold with Iran in exchange for oil, however it failed, whether it was powerful bankers behind the scenes or perhaps people in the government who put a stop to it et c I can't really say. Although I will commend on Kelantan for their successful efforts may they prosper and may the whole of Malaysia, Nusantara and the Islamic world prosper. Insyaallah.

  • @nilo723 I'll back you up on Tun Mahathir being a good leader, but I must say he never makes good decisions in terms of putting people in charge, his successor Abdullah Badawi being a prime example.

  • @lifelessperson1993 I agree with you. Even Tun himself would agree with you. Then again, his shoes are too big for anyone to fill.

  • @hapusification perhaps

  • @nilo723 i agreed with you :D

  • @nilo723 totally agreed with you...im from malaysia...

  • @anuarsafian75 it's the same now as then, corruption is everywhere, sometimes you can't blame the leader despite the government being corrupt, and example would be India and Singapore.

  • @lifelessperson1993 I agree some of the leaders can not be blamed in the event of corruption, but if there is evidence that these leaders clearly committed corruption and put the family in terms of the rule, then the leader must be responsible. If they still in power, they should step down. If they have already retired should be tried for the offense committed. Anyone who committed in justice will understand this kind of rules! Did you?

  • @lifelessperson1993 I am not in favor of the west in my opinion against Mahathir. West is the blood smokers in the economy. According to history the entire Islamic nation was released on conditional that the politic party need to comply with their former colonial masters, in this case the UMNO (one of the predecessor was Mahathir). How can a person who live in secularism like he was so sincere speak about the dinar? The reason is to show that he ‘loves’ Islam as well.

  • @notoracist perhaps...

  • @lifelessperson1993 for example like Saudi Arabia. this country enforced hudud as the top rules of law but unfortunately, the ruler and their family are live like a bastard (drugs , liquor, adultery etc) and built a corruption. Everybody knows this arabian family are.. Can we claim that they are a great Muslim leader, when the hudud have been effected by them otherwise they showed disdainful of life? Think about it ..

  • @notoracist Anyone who mplements hudud but does the offense anyway is a hypocrite. However this doesn't excuse us from implimenting the laws.

  • @lifelessperson1993 I guess we could implement the Hudud Law if we were 100 percent Muslim. But we are not. We are a multi-racial country...whether you like it or not. In Islam, if this is the case, we must show tolerance and compromise.

  • @hapusification Hudud law only applies to Muslims, except in the case of murder as I think that even liberals will agree to capital punishment. I don't really see a prblem.

  • @anuarsafian75 i dont think u are from malaysia...

  • @nolliesweet I'm Malaysian..

  • @anuarsafian75 There is cronyism in all political parties - PKR, DAP, MCA, UMNO, PAS - the difference is that UMNO has built the country while the rest helps to destroy it.

  • @hapusification I agree there is no perfect parties. But UMNO is to much cronyism that the other parties. I like to get a proof how the others are attempt to destroy the nation?

  • @anuarsafian75 Anwar has been working very closely with the US Government. When Malaysia was hit by the currency crisis in 1998, he was eager to get help from IMF. (International Monetary Fund) but thank God Tun Mahathir said "No!". He preferred to solve it himself by pegging the Ringgit to US Dollar. If you remember, 1 USD = RM3.80. Tun also declared that Ringgit could only be used in Malaysia (to be continued)

  • @hapusification That meant that all the billions of Ringgit that had been taken out of Malaysia had to be brought back. Over time, our economy was saved. Tun was condemned by the whole world for this drastic move including IMF. (TBC)

  • @hapusification But in the end, IMF and the rest of the world felt compelled to agree that Tun's decision (to peg the Ringgit) was the best solution for Malaysia. If it had been left to Anwar, he would have gone ahead with IMF and PAJAK the country!

  • @anuarsafian75 his plan fr the dinar failed because he wanted it to circulate amongst governments in terms of trade, he didn't want the citizens to possess it, it's a wrong on his part, still he's still a Muslim, as long as he recites the shahadah he should be ne of us, only Allah can say otherwise...

  • jazakallah khair

  • Libya tried this and look at them now...

  • @freedom1164 Gaddafi wasn't smart enough..Didnt play his cards well..

  • thanx..i understood..jazakallah khair

  • Emas tetap emas dan tetap kukuh. US dolar dah kantoi sebab tak lama lagi US akan lumpuh dan bankrap kerana hutang!! US jgn nak angkuh lagi: ekonomi menjunam + dolar kian lemah + hutang trilion2 + malapetaka alam kian brtmbah = menunggu masa aje lah!

  • aku menyampah betul la org pakai tudung camnie .....Islamic finance new pulaktu...

kalau fashion new paham la saye.....

  • too late mahathir, why dont initiate this when u were in power??.. no wonder sheikh imran very disappointed ....

  • @rmorphizz Coz he only learned the necessity of it later on..Most people still don't realize that paper money is haraam, you can't really blame them..Like Dr.Zakir Naik & Dr.Israr Ahmed(rh) whom Sheikh Imran used to praise too..

  • @nilo723 bro i heard this paper money being haraam how can people use gold when gold when gold is not abundant doesn't create more poor people

  • @rmorphizz

he cant do during his reign becouse people not ready at the time many still dont understand with his idea. futhermore centrel bank are control by imf and all arab country laughing with his dinar idea except iran but still iran doubt about mahathir planning.

  • @rmorphizz he would be killed and malaysia will end up like iraq... they wont let it happen... pls understand
