Such a sweet video. I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in 2007 when I was 26 years old. I started losing my hair on the 2nd round of chemo, so I just shaved the rest of my hair off as well. Dealing with cancer was very hard for me. I wish I had a boyfriend like yours who supported me when I was dealing with the disease. I wish nothing but the very best for you!!!

Any cancer patient who undergoes chemotherapy faces the possibility of losing their hair. I was diagnosed with NHL in July 2009 and had chemo, and I lost my hair. Chemotherapy doesn't affect everyone the same way ,so not everyone loses their hair. As of this January, I am one year cancer free.

My mother had breast cancer when I was 4 year years old. I remember her being bald and it's a tough memory! However, she's great now and I'm sure that u'll make it through too! Just don't lose your hope!

i did this to myself ...when my hair started fallin out ...it was a scarey feelin in side ..before i cut it short it was 18 inches long down past my butt....and i cryed so much when it feel out...but , i get to live and hopefully stay cancer free....i understand ur pain...<3

I did the same thing to my hair. I cut off all my hair before i started chemo and i felt like i was reborn afterwards. I hope you never go through something as horrible as this ever again.

wow, you're so brave to post this on youtube ... four years ago i shaved my head myself, when my family went on an out-of-town trip ... it was a Good Friday when i did it. i was alone and i was crying as i saw my hair falling to the floor. but it felt so ... cool after! the wind was blowing on my bare head, and the sun was shining ... life goes on, dear. be strong; this too shall pass.

@varg1993 read the description box...it should help....but if it doesn't when you have cancer depending on the severity you will either go through chemo therapy or radiation, chemo therapy is when they put very powerful chemicals or medicines if you should say in your body to kill the cancer cells, the chemicals are so powerful that they cause your hair to fall out. Some people like this brave woman shave it all off because it might be annoying to find clumps of hair in your pillow...ect

Hell Im a guy (with spiked hair) and my hair is a big deal to me too, so I could only imagine. Best part is I think your strong enough to kick that cancers ass!!!

I just found out a few days ago that my girlfriend has breast cancer. This news has completely turned our world upside down. Everything I thought mattered before is now meaningless. I feel so scared and sad. She should not be going through this. No woman should have to go through it.
