0:41 If you are not going to say something constructive then do not say it. Amphetamine is not a good weight loss product due to the fact that its action by weight loss is as an anorectagenic. It only has those negative side effects when you abuse the drug.
it is now known that 2,4-dinitrophenol allows the protons to be carried across mitochondrial membranes bypassing the ATP synthase. If doctors would have known that in the 20's they would have never prescribed it as a diet pill.
This is over my head, but if one compares the danger implied by your post to the known mortality and complications rate of Weight Loss Surgery, might there be *some* merit?
The protons traveling across the mitochondrial membrane is the reason it works. Your body burns more calories to maintain the proton gradient. All the protons escaping over the membrane do is raise your body temperature.
The chemical isn't that toxic and is completely safe in moderation. Problems came when people took too much and it raised their body temp too high (hyperthermia). The raised body temp is the only risk when taking it.
Yes, this is RAT Poison, it is used to kill rats and anything that consumes it. This will kill you at more than 2 grams. However, I would like to cycle it, but a 100 to 300 mg a day, for a week, then week off. This keeps the thyroid working correctly.
As a pharmacist student, I can tell you that DNP does work. However it is not without side effects! DNP reduces the thyroid hormone levels (responsible for energy metabolism) by negative feedback, and users may risk permanent decreased levels of thyroid hormones!!!!!! People should be carefull, and NOT pretend to be doctors when they obviously are not.
Drug is called DNP (2,4-Dinitrophenol) was used in the 1930s-increase metabolic rate. effect, part of the energy produced from cellular respiration is wasted as heat. Thus, energy production is made less efficient, the metabolic rate is increased and more fat is burned. Discontinued in the United States 1938. Continued use by bodybuilders. Fatal overdoses are rare. potential approach for treating obesity. Currently, research is being conducted on uncoupling proteins naturally found in humans
If you watched the video, you would know that I was reporting on info from the internet, and saying that the drug would be dangerous from an illegal source. I have never seen DNP.
yep...and the new england journal of medicine actually notes the difference between fasting and starvation. Fasting is actually suggested by the journal for the morbidly obese. If you are eating very few calories, your body must burn fat for energy. As long as you have fat stored on your body, you're not starving. Its when you have used up all your stored fuel and your body has no choice but to break down muscle and organ tissue that you are starving.
DNP is a poison, there are much safe Weight Loss drugs than this, ie, Tiromel Cytomel T3, Levotiron T4,Ephedrine, ECA, clenbuterol, hcg, hgh.

@HORNET600CRAIG all of those can be poisonous if too much is taken, same goes with DNP.

@DKsThun DNP question? What do you mean permanent?
KillSwitchOnSteriods 1 year ago
From personal experience I know DNP works.
It's the most powerful weight loss drug anywhere.
I reccommend taking it with a little ephedrine, which surpresses appetite and helps fight the lethargy.
However DNP is not suitable for morbidly obese people- they won't be able to dissapate the heat produced.

Its not illegal to possess, and its not illegal to consume....
its only illegal to sell with an intent to consume.
So if you're caught with it, no one can do shit about it - just tell them you're using it to dye pillow sheets or something lol

The drug is called DNP for Dinitrophenol.
