You have to roll ur belly while ur hips are moving. But u must roll ur stomach while a certain hip is going upwards, depending on the beat. It takes alot of practice in front of the mirror trust me. But I'm the great dancer i am today cuz of didem!!!!

COOL!!!!!!! I too was inspired by Didem....and took up belly dance as a hobby. My spatial awareness & gross motor skills are very poor - in short, I'm stiff & clumzy! But hey, I'm improving :-D Anyways, I'll practice..thanks for sharing!!

Trust me it takes alot of practice, but the more comfortable ur body becomes with the music the smoother your moves will be. Sometimes I literally dance to a sond 100 times before I master it and memorize every beat by heart. And ALWAYS dance to a song YOU like or you will have a hard time feeling the beat. GOOD LUCK!
