Actually this was in Orlando FL, they did the annual Orlando Citrus Parade last December 06.

this was at the end of the parade, which was very long, and everybody was very tired.

Yes, but all of the bands were taped at the same spot and for high school bands, Attica did amazing for being tired and so could all of the other bands but not many did.
