there are about 100 people on youtube here that crush their necks with that false grip haha. its good for feeling the pecs work but people dont understand once you get to the heavier working sets or max set to grip the damn bar

Looks like 5-6 reps to me before your partner lifted the other 4-5 reps.Either way good set negatives help with your strength.
