Well in his DVD (Which I would not reccomend) He verbaly ripped Hogan, Warrior, Warlord just to name a few. And in his archived internet articles he ripped, Honky,Warrior, Shawn, but he complemented Higan? In his book he rips Hogan.

Lame theme music...at least in the WWF, when ya heard the 1st note, ya knew the "Hitman" was coming out..his WCW theme changed so many times, it just sucked! Bret was so misused in the WCW. Sad.

WCW messed up Bret in that federation. I went & saw bret about 3 times while he was in WCW & he couldnt wrestle thanks to Goldberg. BUT I was pleased to see him live again.

Damn bret's music sucked...the only one I kinda liked was the one he had in that WCW Thunder video game. Other than that no other theme was better for him than his last theme in WWF.

The greatest spectacle perhaps, but Hogan knew shit about wrestling, he had zero technical ability. Bret was however one of the greatest technical wrestlers of all time, as stated by his peers.

hogan may not have been a good wrestler but he had a good wrestling psychology when it came to match time. thats why he was able to draw big money.

Yeah...for one. He was also huge! He had the look. He had the charisma and attitude. Not to mention the fact that anyone who came out to "Real American" would have been a favourite. There was a lot of reasons that Hogan was a big draw... and he always will be.

If you are talking about the guy with a grey beard always at ringside...its not a road agent...thats Doug Dillenger...he was the Head of Security for WCW at the time....he was always at ringside because he had an earpiece in and he was taking direction from the back and directing event staff/security for the arena on what to do and where to go.

I loved Bret's WWF entrance theme, but his WCW entrance theme sucks, like all WCW entrance themes do. I liked the action when I was groing up, but the themes sucked so much. <_<

Hogan, Flair, Savage, Sting, Goldberg, and both NWO factions had great themes! So did a few other WCW wrestlers through the years. As well as the Four Horsemen theme.

Thats only part true....There names obviously played a role being big time starts but the script writing to in WCW in 97 and most of 98 was perfect in what they did woith the NWO and the other big time stars...WCW would have put the wwe out if ted turner and the business people did not screw things up

I'm a huge Bret Hart fan, but I agree with you that Hogan made wrestling what it is today. I believe Hogan is a kiss ass, and loyal Vince McMahon puppet. I read his book, and man, he's not the man I thought he was. But, I think people are starting to realize that....He refused to lose to Hart, Hart refused to lose to him..egotistical business.
My humble opinion, best of all time:
1) Hogan
2.) Flair
3.) Bret Hart
Read Hart's book, Hogan refused to even get in the ring with Hart.
