There is no reason you should remember it the scene was cut from the game for some reason its on Youtube I think. Hobbes left Blair a holo message explaining his actions.
hey but Hobbes turned indeed out to be traitor and still spying for the Kilrathi.. or am I wrong? I dont recall good.. played this video game long ago.
Its not that he was a traitor it was that his defector personality was programed by the prince. So he infiltrated the human military until such time as the prince activated him with the code phrase "Heart of the Tiger"
Oh I see, didnt remember that. I just remember when he escaped from the TCS Victory and I had to go after him in my ship and finally was forced to killed him. I felt sorry then. I trully trusted Hobbes.
Uhm, no, there was not code phrase as far as I recall. Hobbes just could not go on fighting for the Confederacy as soon as it became apparent that Kilrah had to be destroyed to win the war.
@gucker07 Canonically, Hobbes was a sleaper agent triggered by a code phrase. This explanation is present in the novelization. A scene where Hobbes leaves a message for Blair explaining his betrayal was shot, but not included in the PC version of the game. I believe it's present in the PS2 version though.
This just looks silly.
