  • Ahaha, I love how the videos on your account can go from What Does Your Soul Look Like Pt. 1, to THIS. Gotta love hip-hop's versatility.

  • I swear some of these songs on this album seem as if keith was trying to spoof the funk/80s jerri curl wearing era. its hilarious.

  • RACK EM WILLIE FROM THE DAMN SHOW !!!!!!!!!!

  • @krazyneggah keith came to novi, mi to record this at tvt studios on eshams boards dats and equipment - not really sure if you can say esham didn't produce this album

  • @krazyneggah

booklet sais executive producer is keith thornton and uncredited producer is kool keith haha. hes so mad.

  • im just starting to get into kool keith what songs should i look up

  • You should probably start with early solo Keith shit. Like 1995-2000. He kinda goes wild after that.

As far as full albums go, I'd recommend The first Octagon album, both Dr. Dooom albums, Spankmaster, Sex Style, Ultra, Project Polaroid, Diesel Truckers, Black Elvis and the Cenobites E.P.

Just keep in mind that Keith is WAY more experimental than most other rappers. He could give a shit about radio hits. He's just looking to make some money and entertain himself.

  • forsho, yeah i like this type o shit, thas wussup tho fuck radio, i found out about him cus of mf doom, that 1 song they did together doper skiller, the doc is sick as fuck,i get it, but yeah thanks for the recomendations itll help alot,u listen to doom ud like him 2

  • I would reccommend Dr. Octagon for sure....It sounds like you'd also dig Mr. Nogatco and Black Elvis.

  • shiiiit, you got A LOT to choose from, he goes back to the 80's, and all his tracks are pretty damn good. If you want the short cut route, i'd say start with Dr. Octogon album and work your way up, then you'll understand his latter years from lp to lp.

On second thought; go all the way back, cause you'd be missing out!!!! he's had a crazy life so far from what I've understood and experienced

  • @marswun Look up this one.

  • @marswun Ultramagenetic MCs - Critical Beatdown of course.. for my money THE definitive hip hop LP..hardcore Bronx sounds

  • @marswun early mag's stuff, and sex style, usa dr oct lp, not the mo-wax one. but you prob have all that stuff by now...

  • Fucking ILL.

  • "Computer love it where you goin what you sayin brother?"

  • big tune!

  • thanks for uploading this whole thing, tairy hesticles.

  • My pleasure, and thank you for listening to this one. Not many people can appreciate the quality of this cd.

  • You kidding i bought this ish the day it came out and still have it . Don't forget black elvis

  • The production was way different than other Keith albums and it suited him PERFECTLY. He needs to try making another record with Esham.

  • Agreed and agreed.

It took a long time for me to get into Spankmaster. It threw me off at first, but that album really grows.

Esham and Keith's style fit perfectly together.

  • Yeah, I myself was a little offput by the different take on this album, and how he was sort of shifting out of his whole horror/scifi thing. I eventually realized (when I actually listened to the whole CD instead of skimming) that this album is fucking funktastic. This song especially had me quite captured, I love the flow of it.

  • Fuck yeah ESHAM is the shit!!!!!!!

  • @TairyHesticles the beats are very Detroit in this one....

  • hahah song is fukin intense kool keith is 1of a kind my fave mc

  • Keith is God on this track!

  • Indeed....one of my favorites from this album.

  • yee this song is tight hahaha

  • Links that is, not subscribers.

  • WHAT A FUCKIN FLOW KOOL KEITHS GOT

  • This is one of his best tunes. Some great shit on this album. Never tire of Kool Keith. Got more records out than the Rolling fucking Stones
