Well, you can try to call the Blizz support phone, or maybe try to reinstall the game... I prefer to call the support phone and tell them whats in the error message. Often they have an answer

you can make a trial account to full account without a gamecard but you cant create blood elfs and you cant go to blood elfs area and you cant create death knights

you have to go to the wow website, and go to the account creation, make sure its not the trial account creation. then it will eventually ask you to type in the authentication key that is on the box where the cds are for the game.
